Acceptance of Terms

By using this website (mayahcare.com.au) or engaging Mayah Care Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 98 691 525 130, NDIS Reg: 4-AAEKQDH) for NDIS support services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Services

Mayah Care Australia is a registered NDIS provider delivering disability support services in Western Australia and Victoria. All services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards, and are subject to a separate Service Agreement signed with each participant.

Website Use

This website is provided for general information about our services. Content is provided in good faith, but we make no warranties about completeness or accuracy, and it does not constitute professional or medical advice. Always confirm current details directly with our team.

Enquiries & Forms

Information submitted through our enquiry, feedback, callback and job application forms is used solely to respond to your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Agreements

Actual delivery of NDIS supports is governed by an individual Service Agreement between you (the participant) and Mayah Care Australia, which sets out pricing (in line with the NDIS Price Guide), cancellation terms, and each party's responsibilities.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you have the right to raise a complaint without fear of reprisal. Contact us directly, or the NDIS Commission at ndiscommission.gov.au or 1800 035 544.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mayah Care Australia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
